You have a hotel’s expectations and an apartment’s square metres. A kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine in every unit — a housekeeping model the hotel industry is not built for.
On the agreed day, within the agreed window. If we cannot make it, we call — by 8am the same day at the latest. Not an apology afterwards.
If a Mate falls ill, the job is reassigned. We guarantee staffing on 95 % of agreed turnovers per quarter. If we fall below, the affected turnovers are free of charge.
Photos of the rooms that were cleaned. A checklist, signed off by whoever did the work. Timestamps for arrival and departure. Deviations — damage, missing items, things that do not work. You can forward it exactly as it is.
DKK 99 per room, minimum DKK 599 per job. The same price whether you have one property or three hundred. The rest of the market prices by survey, site visit and a quote in a fortnight.
