Frederiksberg is densely built and efficient to run: many of the homes we look after sit within a few hundred metres of each other. That lets us put the same people on the same addresses week after week, and a Mate who knows the flat makes fewer mistakes than one seeing it for the first time.
The housing stock is dominated by classic flats with parquet floors, tall panelling and original bathrooms. These are not surfaces you treat with whatever is nearest — the wrong product on a lacquered parquet floor cannot be undone. We use documented products per surface type, and the safety data sheet sits in the portal.

Cleaning the whole property, making the beds and a round checking the things a guest notices: hair in the drain, fingerprints on glass, crumbs in a drawer.
We take the used linen away to be washed and bring clean next time. Use your own, or rent sets from us.
Toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, coffee — whatever should be there. We tell you when something is running low, rather than when it has run out.
A photo is taken of every single completed job. If a guest remembers it differently afterwards, you can show what the property looked like when we left. It is a requirement in the system, not an add-on.
If something is broken, it is in the portal with a picture before the guest has left — not three weeks later when nobody can remember.
Keys are signed in and out by name. Door codes and alarm codes are encrypted and released no earlier than 24 hours before the job.
Everyone who works for us is employed by us with a salary, holiday pay, pension contributions and insurance — and a clean criminal record before they enter a property for the first time. You carry no liability for them and you check nobody's paperwork.
You can see every job, when it was done, who was there and the photo from when they left. It is all in one place instead of in a conversation nobody can find their way back through.
We cover 95 % of agreed jobs. If we cannot staff one, you hear about it straight away — not an hour after the guest has arrived.
