We are taking on new Mates right now
North Zealand & Greater Copenhagen · you choose your own hours

You decide
when you work.

Open jobs appear in the portal with the amount written on them. You take the ones that suit you and leave the rest. Four hours a week or thirty — you decide. No manager to ask. No emails. And on most jobs there are two of you.

No CV. No application letter. Nothing to turn up to. An answer within two working days.

Why this one is different

The freedom to choose.
The security of a real job.

Most platforms give you flexibility by turning you into a freelancer — and then tax, insurance and risk are yours alone. Most cleaning companies give you security by planning your calendar for you. We could not see why you should have to choose.

01

You choose your shifts

Shifts sit in the portal with the date, time, area, travel time and exactly what you earn. You take the ones you want. You do not have to explain yourself.

02

Usually two of you

On most jobs there are two of you. You can see who has taken the other seat before you say yes — and you can bring a friend along for both seats. Smaller jobs are sometimes done by one person; that is written on the job before you say yes.

03

You are properly employed

A fixed amount per job, holiday pay, ATP and insurance through us. If we cancel your shift less than 24 hours beforehand, you are paid anyway.

How you get hired

From first click to first job

There is no application letter to write. There is an interview to do.

1

Create a profile in a minute

Name, mobile number and postcode. That is it. We only ask for the rest when it becomes relevant.

2

Do a five-minute interview

You record video or speak, answering three everyday situations. We would rather hear you than read a CV. You can do it whenever it suits you — at 11 at night, on the sofa, from your phone.

3

You get an answer within two working days

Our system helps assess the interview, but a human being always makes the decision. If the answer is no, you are told why — not just sent a standard email.

4

Onboarding on video

45 minutes online with the others applying at the same time as you. We tell you about us and what we expect, and there is room for every question. Nothing to turn up to, no training day.

5

Then we tell you whether you are on the team

After the meeting we let you know — and you say so yourself if you would rather not continue. If you are in, the jobs open in the portal.

6

Do your first three jobs

Always alongside an experienced Lead who shows you everything and assesses you afterwards. Approved three times and you are a full Mate.

Day to day

An ordinary Tuesday

Not the hiring — the work. This is what it looks like once you are up and running.

1

The job comes to you. You do not chase it.

When we post a job, you get a text message with the day, time and place — if it suits you. Who gets the message depends on where you live, how you get around, and what you are cleared to take. You are not refreshing a list, and you are not racing the whole country to be first.

2

You say yes, or you do not. Nothing happens if you do not.

The amount, the time and the real travel time from your address are on the job before you tap. If it does not suit you, do nothing — nobody rings to ask why. You can see who has taken the other seat before you say yes.

3

On the day: you check in when you get there

The address and the door code appear in the portal the day before — not earlier. You tap check-in when you are standing there. If there are two of you, the first one checks you both in.

4

During the job: a checklist, not surveillance

The list is on your phone and it is short on purpose — only the things you can forget in someone else's home. You tick as you go. If something is missing or something broke, you say so in the same place.

5

At the end: one photo, and it is closed

One photo of the finished work. It is not a test — it is proof if the customer later remembers it differently, and it has saved Mates more often than it has bothered them. Then you tap finish, and the job closes for the whole team. The amount is locked at whatever it said when you said yes.

How much work is there?

That is up to you. There are no minimum shifts, no fixed days, and nobody checking whether you take enough. Put yourself on pause for a month and you keep your level and your seniority.

How much reaches you depends on three things: where you live, when you are available, and how many kinds of job you have said yes to. If you can only do Saturday mornings, you will see fewer than someone who can do three weekdays.

We do not promise you a number of hours a week. We could not keep it, and you would find out in month two.

When something goes wrong

You fall ill: one tap in the portal. We take over and find someone else. There is no penalty for being ill — there is only a problem if you say nothing.

We cancel: less than 24 hours before, you are paid anyway, automatically. You turned something else down to take that shift.

You get stuck: there is always someone to message in the portal. You never contact the customer yourself — that goes through us.

Something gets damaged: you write it in the portal and move on. You are not personally liable; we are insured.

Pay

We always write down what you get

You are paid per job, not per hour. The amount is on the job before you say yes — and that exact number lands on your payslip.

Level

The longer you are here,
the more you decide

Onboarding

We meet online,
before you start.

There is nowhere you have to turn up. We hold onboarding online — 45 minutes, where we tell you about us and what we expect, and there is room for every question. Afterwards we let you know whether you are on the team.

Next group starts
See the date below
Online onboarding · 45 min · 7 pm

We only take in as many as our experienced Mates can accompany on the first jobs.

How it works

1 · You apply. Five minutes, no CV — you speak or record a video instead.

2 · We invite you to onboarding: 45 minutes online with the others. We tell you about us and what we expect, and there is room for every question.

3 · After the meeting we let you know whether you are on the team. That is also where you say so yourself if you would rather not continue. If you are in, the jobs open in the portal.

4 · You do your first three jobs as the second seat alongside a Lead. They show you how it is done and assess you afterwards. On the first one you are handed a T-shirt and a cleaning kit — it is yours.

5 · Approved three times and you are a full Mate. Then you can take jobs on your own.

You do not need a car

There is always a car on the job. If you do not arrive in one, you either meet at the address or you get picked up on the way — you sort that out between you once you have taken the job together.

The equipment is there when you arrive. Anything you need to bring yourself is written on the job before you say yes.

Get started

Under a minute. Then you are in.

We ask for the rest later — and only when it is necessary.

The interview takes five minutes and can be done whenever it suits you.
A human being always reviews it. Read how we handle your information.

Do I need to speak Danish?
Some Danish helps, because you meet customers in their homes. You always work in pairs, and the training and the portal are available in English. Tell us honestly where you are with Danish in the interview — it is not a trick question.
FAQ

What people usually ask about

Do I have to send a CV?

No. You create a profile with your name, mobile number and postcode, and then you do a short five-minute interview where you speak or record video. We would rather hear you than read about you.

How much can I earn?

The pay is competitive, and you are paid per job, not per hour. The amount is written on each job in the portal before you say yes — together with how much time is allowed for it. So you can do the sums yourself before you accept. Weekends, short notice, being responsible for the home and training a new Mate all add a supplement, and the amount rises with your experience. How much you make in a month is up to you, because you choose how many jobs you take.

Am I a freelancer?

No. You are properly employed, with holiday pay, ATP and insurance through us, and we deduct your tax. You are simply paid per job instead of per hour, and you decide when you work. That is the difference between us and most platforms, where tax, insurance and risk are left to you.

Do I need a car?

No. There is always a car on the job. If you do not arrive in one, you either meet at the address or get picked up on the way — you agree that between you once you have taken the job together. The equipment is there when you arrive. You tell us how you get around, and we only show you jobs you can realistically reach. Every job shows the actual travel time from your address, not the distance in kilometres.

What if I get busy for a while?

Then you put yourself on pause in the portal with a date for when you are back. Exams, a busy month at your other job, a sick child, a holiday — the reason is none of our business. You keep your level, your seniority and your place, and we stop sending you jobs. You do not have to quit and apply again.

What do you formally require?

Four things, and they all apply. You must be 18 or over. You must speak Danish or English — enough to follow a checklist and to say so when something goes wrong. The portal is available in both. You must have the right to work in Denmark — Danish or EU citizenship, or a valid work and residence permit. You must be able to show a clean criminal record before your first job. You get it yourself from borger.dk and we look at it — we do not keep it. You go into people's homes, and there is no way around that one.

Do I need to speak Danish?

Danish or English. The portal, the checklists and the training are available in both, and you choose. Most of the contact with the customer goes through us. Be honest in the interview about where you are with Danish — it is not a trick question, and English is completely fine.

Am I too old?

No. We have no upper age limit, and we are not allowed to have one. The only requirement is that you are 18. Our best Mates are very different people, and there is a reason for that: a Tuesday morning shift at ten rarely suits the same person as a weekend evening shift. The broader our crew is, the better we cover.

Do I need cleaning experience?

No. Your first three jobs are alongside an experienced Lead who shows you how we do it. We would rather have someone who turns up and can be relied on than someone with ten years of experience we cannot get hold of.

How quickly can I get started?

You get an answer within two working days. If we think it is a match, we invite you to onboarding online — 45 minutes. After the meeting we let you know whether you are on the team, and then the jobs open in the portal.

What happens after I apply?

We read your application and write to you. If we think it is a match, we invite you to onboarding: 45 minutes online with the others applying at the same time. We tell you about us and what we expect, and there is plenty of time for questions. After the meeting we let you know whether you are on the team. You are not part of the crew until you have had that message — and you are free to say no thanks along the way.

What if I cannot make the date you suggest?

Write to us and we will move you to the next group. It does not count against you. We run onboarding regularly, and there is no reason to squeeze in an evening where you cannot really be present.

Can I work with a friend?

Yes. Most jobs have two seats, and the two of you can take them both. You can see who has taken the other seat before you say yes.

What if I fall ill?

One tap in the portal. We take over and find someone else. There is no penalty for being ill — the only problem is if you say nothing.

What if you cancel my shift?

If we cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, you are paid anyway, automatically. You turned something else down to take that shift. You are also told straight away — by text and in the portal — so you never turn up for nothing.

How old do I have to be?

You must be 18 or over. There is no upper limit — but our crew is typically between 18 and 30.

Do you have your own company?

Become a partner instead

If you have a CVR number and already do cleaning, we can send jobs your way — as a supplier, not as an employee. You decide who you send out, and you can say no without any consequence.

How it differs from being employed: you invoice us per job instead of being paid a wage, you use your own people and your own equipment, and there are no levels, no training and no rota. You see the jobs that are open to partner companies and take the ones that fit your calendar. There is no AI interview — we look at the CVR number, insurance and references.

We need three things before we can say yes: a CVR number, business liability insurance, and customers other than us. The last one is not a formality — a company that works only for us is an employee in practice, and then you should be employed instead. That is perfectly fine too.

We reply within two working days. There is no AI interview for companies — we look at the CVR number, insurance and references. How we handle your information.
