You decide
when you work.
Open jobs appear in the portal with the amount written on them. You take the ones that suit you and leave the rest. Four hours a week or thirty — you decide. No manager to ask. No emails. And on most jobs there are two of you.
No CV. No application letter. Nothing to turn up to. An answer within 24 hours.
The freedom to choose.
The security of a real job.
Most platforms give you flexibility by turning you into a freelancer — and then tax, insurance and risk are yours alone. Most cleaning companies give you security by planning your calendar for you. We could not see why you should have to choose.
You choose your shifts
Shifts sit in the portal with the date, time, area, travel time and exactly what you earn. You take the ones you want. You do not have to explain yourself.
Usually two of you
On most jobs there are two of you. You can see who has taken the other seat before you say yes — and you can bring a friend along for both seats. Smaller jobs are sometimes done by one person; that is written on the job before you say yes.
You are properly employed
A fixed amount per job, holiday pay, ATP and insurance through us. If we cancel your shift less than 24 hours beforehand, you are paid anyway.
From first click to first payday
There is no application letter to write. There is an interview to do.
Create a profile in a minute
Name, mobile number and postcode. That is it. We only ask for the rest when it becomes relevant.
Do a five-minute interview
You record video or speak, answering three everyday situations. We would rather hear you than read a CV. You can do it whenever it suits you — at 11 at night, on the sofa, from your phone.
You get an answer within 24 hours
Our system helps assess the interview, but a human being always makes the decision. If the answer is no, you are told why — not just sent a standard email.
Meet your intake on video
A live 45-minute video kickoff with the others starting at the same time as you. Nothing to turn up to, no training day. The rest you learn on the jobs.
Do your first three jobs
Always alongside an experienced Lead who shows you everything and assesses you afterwards. Approved three times and you are a full Mate. Most people are up and running within a week.
We always write down what you get
You are paid per job, not per hour. Every single job in the portal shows the amount in kroner before you say yes — not an hourly rate you have to multiply yourself. The number you see is the number that lands on your payslip.
Examples, not a price list. The amount depends on the size and condition of the home, and it is always written on the individual job before you say yes. The hourly figure is worked out from the amount and the time allowed — we pay per job, not per hour.
The amounts rise with your level — at Silver you get 9 % more for the same job, at Elite 24 % more. If you are on a job alone, you get the whole amount for it, not half. If a job takes longer than planned because the home was in worse condition than we were told, you report it and we add to the amount. You never pay for our bad estimate.
Weekend pay
On top of the amount, on jobs on Saturdays and Sundays.
Short-notice pay
On top, when you rescue a job at short notice.
Lead pay
On top, when you are responsible for the key, the checklist and the customer.
Training pay
On top, when you bring a new Mate along and assess them.
Supplements are always included in the amount you see on the job. You never have to add up yourself.
Cancellation guarantee
If we cancel a shift you have taken less than 24 hours beforehand, you are paid anyway. Automatically — you do not have to ask. You turned something else down to take that shift.
You decide how many jobs you take. Four a week or four a day — there is no minimum, and nobody asks.
Every level gives you
more to choose from
You level up towards deciding more for yourself. Each level unlocks something you notice every week — better shifts, earlier access, and finally your own regular round with an income you can count on.
New Mate
You take standard shifts alongside an experienced Lead. You get to know the homes.
Bronze
Airbnb shifts and weekend shifts open up. Shorter jobs, better paid for the time.
Silver
You can be the Lead: you hold the key, the checklist and the contact with the customer — with a supplement for it. Every job you take pays 9 % more.
Gold
First look — you see new shifts two hours before everyone else. Move-out cleans and deep cleans open up, and they pay best. You pick your holiday first.
Elite
You are offered your own regular round: the same customers, the same weekdays, an income you can budget around.
Legend
You become a mentor for new intakes. It is a paid role, and you get a say in how we plan.
“I thought it would feel like a job you take because you have to. But I pick my own days, I work with Sofia every time, and I can see exactly what I get for each job before I say yes. That is more than my last office job gave me.”
Freja, 23 · anthropology student · Mate since JanuaryNothing to turn up to.
You are working the same week.
There is nowhere you have to turn up to get started. You begin with a video kickoff from home — and the rest you learn on your first three jobs, next to an experienced Mate who is right there with you.
We only take in as many as our experienced Mates can accompany on the first jobs.
How it works
1 · A live video kickoff with the others starting at the same time as you. 45 minutes, from home. We go through chemicals and safety, the colour codes, how to behave in someone else's home — and the portal.
2 · On your first job you are handed a T-shirt and your cleaning kit: cloths in four colours, spray bottles and gloves. It is yours.
3 · You do your first three jobs as the second seat alongside a Lead. They show you how it is done and assess you afterwards.
4 · Approved three times and you are a full Mate. Then you can take jobs on your own.
All you bring is your backpack
Cloths, spray bottles and gloves you bring yourself. A vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop are there in most homes — but not in all of them, and if there is anything unusual about an address, it is written on the job. You will never have to carry a vacuum cleaner on the train. That is why most of our Mates manage fine by bike or on public transport.
Three fields. Then you are in.
We ask for the rest later — and only when it is necessary.
Some Danish helps, because you meet customers in their homes. You always work in pairs, and the training and the portal are available in English. Tell us honestly where you are with Danish in the interview — it is not a trick question.
What people usually ask about
Do I have to send a CV?
No. You create a profile with your name, mobile number and postcode, and then you do a short five-minute interview where you speak or record video. We would rather hear you than read about you.
How much can I earn?
You are paid per job, not per hour. The amount is written on each job in the portal before you say yes — together with how much time is allowed for it. So you can do the sums yourself before you accept. Weekends, short notice, being the Lead and training a new Mate all add a supplement, and the amount rises with your level. How much you make in a month is up to you, because you choose how many jobs you take.
Am I a freelancer?
No. You are properly employed, with holiday pay, ATP and insurance through us, and we deduct your tax. You are simply paid per job instead of per hour, and you decide when you work. That is the difference between us and most platforms, where tax, insurance and risk are left to you.
Do I need a car?
No. All you bring is your backpack — a vacuum cleaner and bucket are there in most homes. You tell us how you get around — car, bike or public transport — and then we only show you jobs you can realistically reach. Every job shows the actual travel time from your address, not the distance in kilometres.
What if I get busy for a while?
Then you put yourself on pause in the portal with a date for when you are back. Exams, a busy month at your other job, a sick child, a holiday — the reason is none of our business. You keep your level, your seniority and your place, and we stop sending you jobs. You do not have to quit and apply again.
Am I too old?
No. We have no upper age limit, and we are not allowed to have one. The only requirement is that you are 18. Our best Mates are very different people, and there is a reason for that: a Tuesday morning shift at ten rarely suits the same person as a weekend evening shift. The broader our crew is, the better we cover.
Do I need cleaning experience?
No. You start with a video kickoff from home, and your first three jobs are alongside an experienced Lead who shows you how we do it. We would rather have someone who turns up and can be relied on than someone with ten years of experience we cannot get hold of.
Can I work with a friend?
Yes. Most jobs have two seats, and the two of you can take them both. You can see who has taken the other seat before you say yes.
What if I fall ill?
One tap in the portal. We take over and find someone else. There is no penalty for being ill — the only problem is if you say nothing.
What if you cancel my shift?
If we cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, you are paid anyway, automatically. You turned something else down to take that shift. You are also told straight away — by text and in the portal — so you never turn up for nothing.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 18 or over. There is no upper limit — but our crew is typically between 18 and 30.

Become a partner instead
If you have a CVR number and already do cleaning, we can send jobs your way — as a supplier, not as an employee. You decide who you send out, and you can say no without any consequence.
We need three things before we can say yes: a CVR number, business liability insurance, and customers other than us. The last one is not a formality — a company that works only for us is an employee in practice, and then you should be employed instead. That is perfectly fine too.
